The Tribify Engine can operate in three different ways, depending on your relationship with your customers:
- The Standard Model leverages your network to sell your own product or service.
- The Agency Model leverages your network to sell your customer’s product or service.
- The Reseller Model leverages your customer’s network to sell their own product or service.

The Standard Model
In the Standard operating model, you leverage your own network to sell your own product or service.

In this case you are operating a single instance of the Tribify Engine.
Smaller firms will attach the LinkedIn accounts of their principals, and larger firms might add those of their sales team. The Tribify Engine can handle up to five attached LinkedIn accounts.
You will have a targeting model for each of your key customer personas. A single instance of the Tribify Engine can support any number of targeting models, which will be integrated into your sales process and infrastructure in whatever way makes sense.
The Agency Model
In the Agency operating model, you leverage your own network to sell your customer’s product or service.

The key to the Agency model is that you are monetizing your network! Tribify charges a flat rate for each additional targeting model, plus an hourly rate for extra integration work. Meanwhile, your rate to your client is limited only by the value you add!
In this case you are also operating a single instance of the Tribify Engine. Usually the attached LinkedIn accounts will be the agency principals, who probably have the most valuable networks. The Tribify Engine can handle up to five attached LinkedIn accounts.
Each Agency client will have its own set of targeting models corresponding to its key customer personas. A single instance of the Tribify Engine can support any number of targeting models, and they can be distributed across agency clients and integrated with client processes and systems in whatever way makes sense.
The Reseller Model
In the Reseller operating model, you leverage your customer’s network to sell their own product or service.

In this case you are operating multiple instances of the Tribify Engine.
This is a cash cow! When we manage more than one Tribify Engine instance on your behalf, Tribify discounts all operating and service fees by 15%. Meanwhile, your rate to your client is limited only by the value you add!
Each Tribify Engine instance is independently configured in terms of attached LinkedIn accounts, targeting models, and integrations. You are effectively running parallel instances of the Standard model.
